started my Herb Garden Windowsill Kit. i followed the instructions on the packaging and planted 15 seeds each of curled parsley, sweet basil, and chives. i covered with plastic wrap and placed under a warm light that kept the soil at 80 °F.

March 30th
enough seedlings had sprouted so i took off the plastic wrap
March 31st
parsley sprouted.
April 11th
parsley growing true leaves. moved under fluorescent light
April 12th
basil growing true leaves
April 16th
began fertilizing seedlings with diluted liquid plant food.
April 20th
parsley growing second set of true leaves
April 23rd
transplanted parsley to bigger pots (click here to see the process)
