Is this mold?
i am very concerned because most of my seedlings have white fluffy stuff growing at their bases. this is only happening in the jiffy peat pellets. when this mold first appeared the greenhouse cover was off so they were getting plenty of air circulation. does anyone know what this is? is it as bad as it seems?

the mold seems to be pretty much gone now. it would disappear when i watered them but then quickly reappear as it dried.
ReplyDeletethen i took some tweezers and gently picked off a majority of the white fluff. it seems to have worked and has not returned yet.
