Is My Romaine Seedling Dead?

omg . . . i lightly watered my seedlings a couple days ago with a spray bottle. when i did this, my strongest romaine seedling (which was a few inches tall at the time and did not have any true leaves) fell over. i didn't panic at first because i thought it would bounce back . . . it did not. now a true leaf is growing from the top and the stem is still laying down. is it completely doomed?
